Talent Power Employment Services (TPES), established in August 2015, is a recruitment and staffing company based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Talent Power Employment Services is a 100% Emirati owned company complying with the new Ministerial Resolution issued 2011 in the United Arab Emirates, resolution MR1283, aimed at regulating the recruitment sector by ensuring greater transparency and accountability through the recruitment cycle and furthering the Government’s policy on Emiratization. In order to pursue their activities, every person or company providing manpower in the U.A.E. labor market is required to be licensed by the U.A.E. Ministry of Labor. But there are restrictive conditions to be granted this manpower supply certificate.

Talent Power Employment Services is composed of an expert and international team having complementarity specialities/roles such as business development, human resources management, key account management and operation management.

Talent Power Employment Services provides its services to the End-users and Main EPC’s Contractors within the framework of Oil & Gas Industry in the Middle East.
